一、基本情况
黄良珂,男,博士,教授,博士生导师,入选广西八桂青年拔尖人才、广西高校千名中青年骨干教师培育计划、桂林理工大学“屏风学者”,兼任国际大地测量协会中国委员会委员、中国卫星导航定位协会中国-东盟北斗应用专业委员会副主任委员、中国测绘学会大地测量与导航专业委员会委员、中国测绘学会位置服务工作委员会委员、《测绘学报》、《导航定位与授时》和《桂林理工大学学报》期刊青年编委。2019年破格晋升为副教授,2020年6月获武汉大学大地测量学与测量工程专业博士学位,2021年9月至2022年2月赴中国科学院精密测量科学与技术创新研究院做访问学者。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项(面上/青年各1项)、广西自然科学基金等省部级科研项目4项,参与各类科研项目10余项。以第一/通讯作者在Journal of Geodesy、Satellite Navigation、GPS Solutions、IEEE TGRS、Journal of Hydrology、测绘学报等专业权威刊物上发表论文80余篇,其中SCI论文36篇(14篇SCI一区、2篇ESI全球前1%高被引论文)、EI源刊11篇(2篇入选F5000论文),出版专著2部,授权国家发明专利4项,登记软著4项。曾获广西科技进步奖一等奖(排名第2)、全国第二届叶雪安优秀青年教师奖(当年全国仅4人)、中国测绘科技进步奖二等奖(排名第2)、国家自然资源部科技进步二等奖(排名第4)、全国高等学校测绘类专业青年教师讲课竞赛二等奖、广西教学成果奖一等奖、桂林理工大学“欣羽优秀人才发展奖”(全校仅2人)、桂林理工大学“青年先进科技工作者”荣誉称号等奖励16项。
